In the mood for scrap

Hello friends :)

How's your September starting ? hope everyone is happy and healthy welcoming this Fall season. I have two scrapbook layout to share today,i am just in the mood for scrap. I don't do layout as good or as much as i do cards, but i would love to give it a try.

My first layout theme is Fuji, I've been inspired by many many friends on my instagram who made layout about their memorable trip. I went to Fuji,Japan this January and i absolutely love my moments there.

 

My second layout theme is pregnancy, I am carrying a 36-weeks-baby bump right now, and i guess it will be a precious memory keepsake to create one layout.

Wee Memories : Anything Goes

Happy saturday! and welcome back to Wee Memories Challenge :D

With the holiday coming very soon, everyone is very busy here and there.I'm gonna pack some warmer clothes this weekend.  I'm going to China for next week, and won't be able to spend my christmas with family for this year. It's a work trip. Hopefully it will be fun. This week challenge theme is ANYTHING GOES  I made a scrapbook layout using some Echo Park Paper Winter Park Collection.

The scrapbook theme is about my first time trying Snowboarding! It was when i was studying in China. Every Indonesian going to China was so excited trying some winter sports because we don't have winter here. I tried Skiing for my first winter week, and tried snowboarding on the second week.My friend who taught me

snowboarding told me that snowboarding is a lot riskier and difficult to learn. I like Skiing but I LOVE SNOWBOARDING!!  Even though i fell many many times, and got ache whole body the following day. But for the rest of winter, i used to go snowboarding every weekend ,and practice really makes perfect! Now i really miss that moment.

Turns 5

I'm so happy to share my first birthday LO for 5 years old boy, my nephew (from my cousin). His name is Geraldo or Aldo. He's really adorable, and smiles a lot around his friends and family. I also always his hairstyle , reminds me of Tintin ^_^

He's one of my nephew who's really close to me recently, he's also one of my student at kindergarten where i teach mandarin. Of course i won't make him favourite during class since he always talks and moves a lot ! very jumpy too . hahahaha..

I'm 26

Hi friends
^o^ how happy i am today!
There's 2 good news i'm sharing today. First, I'm 26 today!!

I have received a surprise phone call from a friend in London, lovely phone call from my boyfriend, surprise cake at midnight from my brother and my sister in law, and another one at noon from teachers , morning email from Elizabeth, phonecalls from more crafter friends , hugs from family, lots of wishes from family, cousins, friends and students. my life is full of blessings from God :) Praise Lord!
I miss my mom... She called me this morning, i really wish she's closer right now.
I also want to say thank you to all my blog visitor for being part of my life ^^

I feel like sharing one of my pic as a baby :)

Second good news is i'm leaving for HOLIDAY tomorrow! I will leave tomorrow morning to Jakarta for my cousin's wedding, then Surabaya, then go visit my boyfriend and friends in Bangkok (Thailand) , then visit Kuala Lumpur (malaysia) before coming back home. It's gonna be a long journey and i will be away from my crafting desk and blogging land for bout 3 weeks.
So i wish u all having a great summer :)

I tried to create more before i leave for holiday. I don't plan to bring any stamping images or copics this time, as i want to spend time with my family and friends for whole holiday. Here's what i made for my boyfriend. A scrapbook layout inspired by Kelly Purkey. I love her works! i'm still learning creating LO. hope you can give me some input on my work here :

And a cards set i made as a handmade gift for my friend. I'm back to my favourite stamps Penny Black. Penny black critters stamps are the BEST for simple cards set all occasions like this. When i made this cards set , it didnt consume so much time, effortless, no sweat, no messy desk ! But they will still look nice because of the wonderful illustration. I love Penny black even more now :-)

Our Story

Finally!!!!

the busy weeks OVER!!

I have been away from my computer, my stamping desk for quite a long time. I miss crafting,stamping,drawing so much!And i miss my blogwalking time to all my blogging friends! But psstt... during my rest/break time i sometimes take a peek at my friend's card through my blackberry browser :)

Thanks for those who sent me email and concern about me. I was super busy with my bro's wedding and preparation that i can't really come online. The wedding WENT GREAT!! around 900 guests (family and friends) came to the wedding celebration and the church was full as well during the holy matrimony.

What else ? My boyfriend came all the way from Thailand for 3 days to come to my bro's wedding. I was super happy to meet him after 3 months >< miss miss him! Just a day before the wedding day i had to go to Balikpapan airport (2hours driving from my hometown) to pick up so many guests, they should be around 30 guests in one day, from all places around Indonesia and even other countries. I also got to meet so many of my bro's friend i met a long time ago in Melbourne. They always create unforgetable memories :)

as a wedding gift to my brother, i gave him a scrap layout with his prewedding photos.

This is also my very first scrap layout in vintage style.

I still have some work to do during these days, with all the teaching duty and homeworks i have been neglected.. i need to catch up ^^
