It's your day

Before sharing my card, i just want to share my happiness. Today my card has been chosen as honorable mention from Wee Memories blog challenge. That really made my day!! Eventhough i'm not a winner, but so happy that other crafters actually like my card ! yay ^0^V

Some people might been busy these days with preparation for Chinese new year, including me. Actually i really want to make one Chinese new year card, but i just dont have much time to do so. I also have to prepare some chinese new year craft for my students too.. (busy busy busy)
When i have time, i really have to spoil myself with some bath or hair treatment.

OK.Here's a card i recently made. I think this image from the greeting farm stamps is super cute and sweet, unfortunately at first i couldn't find matching sentiment for this. Thanks to Penny black makes it easier for me. This is my first colour combo with purple. I used to hate purple, but now i guess soft pastel purple is so sweet and looks so nice when its combine with other pastel colour. and i also didnt forget to add white popcorn pen for the bubble effect.

I feel so thankful i finally get into this cardmaking world. Eventhough (honestly) i would have to spend so much on the tools and papers and stamps. but i love my new hobby ^^

Let me share a lil bit about how i get to know about cardmaking. I started knowing about cardmaking through my new friends i randomly browsed on facebook Rina, Yenni and Vera around early Nov 2010.I just adore their cards sooooo much (u girls really have to check their blogs) And i fell in love with stampind after seeing Yenni's Penny Black cards collection . all the hedgies, miceys are sooooCUTE ! (i'm an animal lover) Their cards have inspired me a lot and made me really want to try cardmaking. so i started to buy tools and more stuff .. and now it become an addiction. hehe... card making is SOOO FUN!!!

Now im going to share my new card i made. I have been waiting for this stamp since Yenni blogged about new stamps of Penny black 2011. I think this mimi and miles stamp set is a MUST HAVE! they are so cute together!

i always want to make fold card like the one i made just know.

Its a valentine theme card, with unusual colour for valentine. i think this one will suit for my bf too.

he lives in Thailand... so far.. so i gotta make him smthing quite unique :)

He loves blue and black too ^^

Just got my new stamps from Penny black new collection and i was sooooo happy to get them arrived in my hands ^^

This is the first card i made with new penny black stamp. in this card i was only using the cookie box hearts stamps from mimi and miles set, combined with mimi with bicycle.

Mimi is riding her bicycle to send her love choco boxes for you ^^ the idea of making her bike almost fly is because my boyfriend lives in Thailand. If only the bike could fly, then i could send him my love choco boxes.
Sentiments are combined using Hero arts stamps ( i love HA sentiments)

During Christmas holiday i was away from my stamping desk but i also get to visit my friend ,Vera, Hero Art hostess. She's incredibly talented and very friendly. Her works has inspired me a lot !! She showed me all her hero arts collection and i love them! then i decided to buy some stamps from my other friend, Fika who happens to sell new 2011 HA stamps.

When it arrives on my hands , i was so excited and cant wait to use them.
