I thought it would be fun to make a valentine shaped card instead of regular card. but i don't have any Heart die template.. here's Mimi and hedgie lip cards.

Double Great News!!!!

Happy Chinese lunar new year for everyone who celebrates! yay yay! 

I'm super super happy today! Today i got DOUBLE great news to share to you all. 

              Yesterday my brother just got his FIRST son, who is my dad's FIRST grandchild!!! It was  a very busy day, we're preparing the new year's eve dinner then have to rush to hospital! I'm an auntie now ^_^ to a very cute strong baby boy. yippy!photos are coming soon! He' too tiny and too shy now :)

               Second great news is the one i've been waiting to share with you! I got an email couple days before new year asking me if i was interested being a designer on Penny Black Blog. I was like.."am i dreaming ?or what..? I kept reading that email, check the address and re-read the email again, to make sure i understand the whole email. (english isn't my first language)" and i accepted. I am soooo thrilled to be working with Penny black fabulous stamps!! Here's Chinese new year home decor and Valentine card i created with Mimi and Lion from Penny Black.

Wood you be mine

Happy Friday! wow ! so happy to welcome the weekend, and it's gonna be a long one. Our family is celebrating Chinese new year on Monday :) it will looks a bit like thanksgiving because we're gonna have a huge amount of food served for dinner. Now people starts to go shopping for food, my mom does too :) 

so i guess i'm gonna share a card before the busy fun weekend! Thanks for everyone sweeet comments on my previous blogpost,where  I shared my new free digital stamp HERE . Everyone's supports really made my week more more wonderful!!!

Happy Wednesday everyone!

I'm here to share my new digital stamp i drew last weekend. I have been quite busy and in up and down mood so i did not have time to draw so much. I also might be busy creating Valentine's projects since there're so many requests from my friends. I decided to draw one or two digital stamps to refresh my mind, and i love drawing ! i had so much fun, so i actually draw more than one characters. You've met Ai and Mi from my previous digi HERE .

Inspired by my friend , Fika , who made me suddenly missed my favorite japanese food i can't find in my hometown. You can download SUSHI SAN digi by clicking on the picture :) I give this for all my friends and follower for free.

Onigiri San and Mr. Kopi

Onigiri San is Sushi San's friend. And Mr.Kopi is another digi stamp inspired by my friend , Laurel who loves coffee so much. Kopi is Indonesian word for Coffee. And Laurel's coffee's cards has inspired me :)

I'm going to give this stamp to 3 of my blog- followers who leaves comments on this post and telling me which one you would like to have between Onigiri San or Mr.Kopi. I'm going to do a RANDOM DRAW on Monday Jan 23rd  as i'm also going to spoil another good news!~ ^^

Last Wee Memories Challenge

Love Kraft !

One of my 2012 crafting resolution is always trying something new, i tried to do this since December, i think this way will help me stretch my creativity. I don't want to make only cards, i now also trying making mini albums, scrap lay out, and some home decor. I also don't want only do some coloring technique, i also want to play with stamps, inks, card stocks, masking, mist :) It's always fun to try something NEW!

Today i am sharing one valentine card i made with Kraft Cardstock. Last year i was trying hard to find this cardstock, until a new craft shop opened in the city where my mom lives, so when i went there i bought some Kraft card stock , Basic Kraft by Bazzil. and I LOVE IT!! 

I precut the 30x30 cardstock to some ready cards size, and then use the left over to make this card. I tried some inks to create Hearts background, and it turns out the Hero Art Shadow Soft Sand ink is perfect for this. It creates such subtle background on Kraft color.And i DIDn't do any copics coloring on this card ^^

Wee memories goes Mini

Sweet wall hanging frame

Hi, everyone.

Thank you for your sweet comments on my 2011 favorite cards review .

Today i just want to share a very short post about my project. I decided to make an easy wall hanging frame for home decor / gifts. I said it's easy because you only need a thick chipboard and a pattern paper to make this :) But don't forget to add some distress inks on the edge of frame to create this vintage look. 

(note : I use Tumbled Glass and Tea Dye)

Favorite cards of 2011

Hi Everyone! hope you all had a great new year celebration wherever you are ^_^

It's been a year and a lil bit more since first time i do cardmaking, and seeing many of my friends doing a blogpost of looking back on year 2011 and posting their favorite cards, i thought i want to do the same too :) some of my favorite cards, here we go : 

First time trying unusual folded card :)

First time playing with lawn fawn critters stamp! love them!! and first time fall in love with how distress inks could work magic on background...

May be not really my style, but i am happy with my card result ^^
